Since opening inside our Sparta Store in 2020, the Andersen Farms Ice Cream Shop has created over 250 flavors in the last 5 years with every scoop made from scratch with our own time-tested recipes. Classic mainstays like Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry, Mint Chip, Judy’s Coffee, Black Raspberry 3x Chocolate Chunk, Pop’s Chocolate Chip, and Double Cookies & Cream anchor the menu year-round, while new seasonal flavors roll in roughly every season.


We craft options for everyone: gluten-free, vegan, and sugar-free varieties taste just as rich as the originals. Try a signature sundae that showcases the latest seasonal pick, or grab pints and quarts to keep the freezer stocked at home. Craving something extra special?
